Belle maison située en pleine campagne, près du charmant village d'Altarnun. Le pub tout proche est vraiment à recommander. Altarnun se situe presque à égale distance des côtes nord et sud et de nombreuses balades dans la lande proche sont possibles. Nous avons aimé la literie, les salles de bains, le confort général, le petit jardin et... les trois poules qui viennent quotidiennement réclamer leur repas. Nous aurions juste aimé de plus grandes casseroles (pour cuire des pâtes par exemple) et des heures plus regulières pour le lancement du chauffage central. Le thermostat ne fonctionnait pas bien. Mais ceci reste des détails par rapport à tout ce que nous avons apprécié. Merci de nous avoir permis de passer un très bon séjour dans une région vraiment très belle.

Amazing place to stay, Barbara was a very friendly and helpful host and very responsive to messages. The treat waiting for us on arrival was a very kind gesture which started the stay off well. The cottage is very clean and tidy with all you need for a short break away from home. An added bonus was the chickens who would come and greet you every morning! The surrounding area is beautiful with great walks and amazing views. We had a really lovely stay at the cottage recharging our batteries. We will return!

Home from home. Peaceful location with easy access to major roads. Barbara was helpfull with checking in and making us feel settled. Bedrooms had ample storage and bed was comfy. Bathrooms where clean and well set out. Main living area was spaceious for our needs and kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Nice touch with welcoming scones. Would stay again if in the area.

We would highly recommend, cream tea on arrival was a lovely surprise and absolutely beautiful, loved the location it was peaceful, really chilled and beautiful. Loved seeing the chicken every morning. The parking was excellent and felt like you could really relax. The log burner really was lovely when it was so cold outside, the sofas were very comfortable and to sit and watch TV. Barbra was a brilliant host. Thank you 🤩
