This home is beautiful. Right on the very quiet and quite secluded beach. Loved that there were beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and fishing equipment (even though we left some of our own!) it is literally a 2 minute walk to the ocean. Sunrises were amazing every morning. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. St. Augustine is 30-40 minutes away. Publix is super close by. We were very happy with our spring break home. Thank you, Scott!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and really enjoyed our time. The best feature is access to the beach! Some basic amenities (shampoo, etc.) are not in the home. Luckily Publix is only a few blocks away, so getting groceries and toiletries was a breeze. We’d love to spend Thanksgiving there again next year!

We had an amazing stay at Scott’s place! The views are incredible and the house was perfect for 3 families. The elevator was a huge relief for the grandparents. Plenty of space to spread out. Few tips for future visitors: -Be sure to bring baby gates if you have littles. There are many stairs to grab their daring side of adventure. I’d recommend two sets for larger entrance ways -The beach has a huge rock threshold visible during low tide. Something to consider when summing during high tide since the overall water level is waist deep for a great distance. -The community pool has an adult pool and a separate family pool with a great splash pad for littles! -The bedrooms have cable, but are not smart TVs, so bring your hdmi cords to connect your computer if you like you watch your shows in bed. -As if 8/2023 there are TONS of towels and beach toys, so you will not need to overpack these. There are also bikes, chairs and boogie boards. Highly recommend Scott’s home! Amazing gem!

This home is spectacular! Exactly as pictured and exceeded all expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple patio spaces overlooking the ocean. The sunrises were amazing every morning. There is more than enough space to spread out with 5 couples- We had the best family vacation with our grown children, enjoyed evening dinners at home, played games around the card table and hours on the beach. The rocks on shore are a little hard to navigate but at high tide you can swim easily. (and about 25 yards down the beach there is an easy path into the water with hardly any rocks) The peaceful beach without crowds far makes up for the rocky coast, and the shell hunting can't be beat. I would not hesitate and in fact we look forward to visiting this home again! What a gem!
