It was a fair deal. He helped us with the early checkin as we were arriving earlier than the checkin time. The response was good and it was safe too. Budget friendly deal all in all.

+ Won't recommend the place for family stay. + we couldn't use the 1st floor as we spotted a lizard there and the window was permanently open, there was no option to close it. + No RO water available, so If you've kids then its best to avoid. + Fresh water is there, so no problem for group of adults. + basic amenities like- water, drinking glasses, plates, bed sheets and blankets were not readily available, had to call host multiple times for this. + Host had medical emergencies so the delay is understood, but there should be someone else available on site to cater to customers OR these basic things should have been pre-arranged.

For the amount we paid it was a great place to stay..the beds were very comfy and the surrounding area was very peaceful.They even provided us with vehicles when asked and some local recommendations to go as well.There wasn't any restrictions or anything and the only downside was that the wifi wasn't working other than that this place is definitely worth every single penny.
