Overall this place accommodated my family of 12, but the only drawback was that only 1 bathroom had shower and the other had tub. We managed well and we all felt quite at home. It bought family together as there was no TV so we all sat down and had great family talks. The location was very beautiful other than there were lots of mosquitoes and bugs at night as the house is surrounded by grass, wood, and trees. We used bug spray and we were fine. If you want to get away and have a great time with your friends and family without any interruptions, this is the place. The host was very responsive and friendly and attended to all our needs. We all are city people with lots of traffic and people all around, so this was a nice experience to all of us to experience more quieter and peaceful surroundings. Overall we liked the place and thanks to the host for giving us this wonderful stay experience.

We had a great stay at the Acorn House. It’s character stood out and made for a fun vacation. Robin and her team were excellent hosts. Make sure you do breakfast at the Inn. It was excellent!

It wasn’t very clear what we were renting. This is not a typical house. It is rooms, kitchen and living room of a bed and breakfast. It’s an older home and has a Maine feel with slanted floors and functional kitchen and everything feels cute and petite. No grill, or laundry included. Bathroom on first floor has tub and shower and bedroom with one twin and bedroom one full bed. Living room and kitchen are also on that floor. 2nd floor has several bedrooms. I am not sure if any of the rooms have a true queen. The beds looked small. One room may have. No bathroom on 2nd floor. 3rd floor is a bathroom with tub but no shower... There are no bedrooms on that floor, but there is a library. If you have dust allergies it may not be the place for you. Location was awesome. Walking distance to inn for a purchased breakfast or down to the water. For kids there was a net and other games to play. Beautiful setting! Hike from the grounds to a wonderful look out.

This was such a magical and relaxing Guest house. It is part of a larger compound with a beautiful Inn in front and sweet cabins lining the coast that is very close. Robin and her team were responded very promptly.
