Great place for family gatherings. One thing to note is only two of the rooms connect to the bigger room. Not far of a walk to the beach and lots of trails to explore.

I booked this field trip for students and chaperones to stay for a senior trip. Overall, the kids had a nice time. They told me they had to check in late because the group before them left late, but they enjoyed the nearby trails and beach. Next time I will take advantage of the nature program they put on for schools.

It was beautiful. Fit our needs perfectly. We brought 9 grandchildren and their parents. The great room was perfect for the rainy days and meals. The kids could play games and release energy without the parents having to stress. And when the rain stops. Much fun was had on the hiking trails and the beach. We took day trips to the Cabrillo lighthouse,glass beach, and the Chandelier drive through tree. Fort Bragg and Mendocino offered shopping and dining for the “elder”children. Perfect location and facility for our needs.

Loved this location, we originally had 15 people but ended up being a group of 10. We were able to share two rooms and al have access to the main space. The farm was spacious and the beach trail was really convenient. We ended up going down the 'rough' trail versus the staircase that is farther to the left once the beach/river is to your right. Marie was really responsive and super helpful whenever I had a question. I would not hesitate to rent this location again in the future. It can't be beat! PS: the stargazing is awesome here.
