the caravan was probably the best we've ever stayed in. The site was mostly clean and quiet. It was a great location with the car to explore. The enclosed decking was great with the dog, being able to have the doors open. would be great during the warmer months to relax on.

Great access with great parking space. Caravan was modern with a fantastic amount of storage and space. Walk in wardrobe and two fully fitted bathrooms made it feel like a house more than a caravan. On initial inspection there were a few things we found that needed cleaning such as microwave, benches etc but nothing major. We did find that we believed the bedding had not been changed from the previous occupants as we did notice some hair in the sheets and not the fresh bed smell you’d expect. However after contacting the host, this was immediately taken care of and the host arrived at the caravan with all new bedding for us to change over. He apologised for the inconvenience and explained this was due to the recent cleaning service team not carrying out duties effectively. He did state that he wasn’t happy with it and would be making sure that it would be rectified going forward. The host was very friendly and helpful and we would happily stay at the location again. Overall we loved it

The caravan was lovely, one of the nicest I have stayed in. Plenty of space, very clean and outdoor space to sit as well. The site was very quiet which was nice and very conveniently located for both Gretna and Carlisle. There was really helpful information in the caravan on places to visit locally. Only downside was the poor phone signal so no 3G or 4G which was only a problem as unfortunately the wi-fi was down when we visited.

Great clear instructions before our stay, easy to locate the caravan and the key. The caravan was well set out with clean kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, well kitted out with appliances etc. The only downside on arrival was the front room area carpet covered in dog hair around the edges and the strong smell of wet dog, but after airing for several hours the first two days the smell had just about gone. Only other problem was there being no wifi during our entire 4 night stay, with there being very little phone signal (one bar 4G if at all which was very hit and miss) made it rather inconvenient to keep in touch with family, to make plans for local places to visit and do any work. Apart from this it is in a great location close to Gretna and Carlisle on a clean accessible site.
