I had a great longer term stay at Mimi and Ric's place. Was looking for a quiet place without too many distractions and this spot was it. I saw all sorts of weather from snow to 85 °F heat and the place was plenty comfortable in all cases. Mimi and Ric communicate at the perfect level. They're very hands-off but always give a useful headsup about any information you'll need. The house is very spacious and comfortable. I stayed there alone so it was more than enough for me but I could see a small group having plenty of space as well. I have Tmobile for my cell phone and got a hotspot as well for my stay. Reception is good at the house, but will drop out for most of the drive between the house and Highway 49 where it picks back up. Never caused much issue, just had to interrupt a few phone calls and call back after getting home. All in all, it's a beautiful location, nice and quiet, but not too far out of the way from town. Great hosts and would stay again.

This place was just what we needed, private secluded peace and quiet. We really enjoyed the openess of the interior. It was an easy drive to apple hill. My son and his friend loved to feed and pet the goats. They also played the foosball alot. Mimi was a very responsive and polite host. The place was well furnished and clean.

The four of us loved our stay! We were looking for a nice, quiet place to stay away from our busy everyday lives, and this was exactly it. The location was absolutely beautiful and the cottage was cozy, but surprisingly spacious. Don't let the photos fool you, there is plenty of room here to stretch your legs out and enjoy a relaxing stay. Just make sure you bring enough food to last the trip, as there's nothing else around the area for at least 25 minutes. The host was very accommodating and communicated very clearly everything we needed to know. Thank you Mimi!

Mimi and Rick are such great hosts. They were very communicative about checking in, which helped make navigating and finding their Airbnb super easy. The Airbnb is very clean and the area is beautiful as well. Would definitely recommend staying here to others.
