It was a perfect bayside stay. Great pier. Well pointed kitchen with all the pots and pans you would need. The restaurants do not have great food. You could cook a thanksgiving meal here. We enjoyed our stay here. Crabbing and fishing and walking down the beach. Thanks for opening your home for us to enjoy. The only complaints I would have would be, I wish they had a gas stove and the the faucet valve downstairs was rusty and broken.

My family visited the first week in October 2023 and we absolutley loved our stay. We enjoyed the dock behind the house that goes out to the bay. My teenagers enjoyed seeing jellyfish, crabs, and dolphins. I enjoyed the quietness of the area and little traffic. We visitied the aquarium and went to a couple surf shops. The ocean was rough and we were able to enjoy the bay instead. We didn't swim in the bay due to the jellyfish. Overall, we would come back to this place again and stay! Love the home and the location at the end of the island! I would recommend this to anyone! It was also nice and celan.

Absolutely gorgeous. The house felt spacious and was beautifully decorated with lots of helpful amenities (a few beach chairs, lanterns, crab net, and I think various things for kiddos as well although we did not have any with us), and the porch and deck and dock were great options for enjoying the outdoors at different parts of the day. We enjoyed the beach and the fishing on both sides of the island, and caught a wide variety of things. You can get your own bait out of the marsh pool behind the house. Lots of fun wildlife to watch. For activities, we checked out the aquarium, local shops, and went over to Mississippi one day to check out Ocean Springs and the Sandhill Crane reserve. Dauphin Island has definitely been added to our list of places to return, thank you for a wonderful stay!
