Comfortable, clean, great value for money and excellent location. 15 mins to Anna Maria beaches and 25 mins to Sarasota. Would highly recommend Alice’s place. Beautiful view from outdoor screened patio. Thank you Alice.

Overall this was a relatively mediocre stay. To be fair I’m going to provide a list of cons followed by a list of pros. I gave 4 stars but 3.5 would have been more accurate. Cons: Noisy busy street nearby Cheap flooring that crackled under our feet Missing a few basic kitchen items: sheet pan, oven mitts, spatula Coffee maker didn’t work well Some ants Pros: Tastefully decorated and mostly clean Spacious Free parking Two bathrooms Access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, games, books, pickleball and other activities Very walkable Friendly front office staff

a family of 4 would have no issues here for plenty of space. it was 2 of us and we had almost too much room

Everything was clean and perfect, with a touch of personal when we arrived. Absolutely no hiccups. It was actually better than i thought it would be. Homey feel without unnecessary extras. Definitely 5 stars. Definitely recommend.
