We loved our stay! Clean, well-stocked apartment with a lovely, peaceful patio. Close to everything we needed, easy check-in and out. Highly recommend!

Excellent location and cute home. Only a notes to be aware of: Online said was pet friendly but upon arrival there was information left on the fridge saying there were no pets allowed. There was also a part that stressed to not leave water marks from glasses on the tables, but there were no coasters available. The downstairs bedrooms were very warm compared to the upstairs so I suggest bringing a fan. We had family staying at a rental around the corner and their house came with a beach pass, but this one did not. We were able to go with them, but it would have been nice to have our own beach pass. The table in the common space kept falling apart and we needed to keep putting one of the table legs back together. Overall, a great space to vacation in. Just a couple of tweaks to the home would make it 5 stars!

Our family had a wonderful time on our vacation. We rented both A and B sides of the house. It was great to be in the same house but have our own space. Perfect for a big family or friends vacationing together. There was a big deck out back which was perfect for sitting out in the evening. The house was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. Less than 10 mins to Narragansett beach. We would definitely stay again!

Our extended family stayed at Neil’s place over the long weekend. The place was easy to find and there is plenty of parking in front of the house. We liked how quiet the area around the house is and it’s closeness to Newport. We also went to a beach, which is only a few minutes drive away and had a family barbecue on the porch. We had an amazing time staying at Neil’s place!
