Justin, we LOVED our stay at your home! It is so cozy and so welcoming and convenient to everything we needed. We very much enjoyed watching the wild life that passed through the yard...deer, a ground hog, rabbits and tons of birds. And the cat! Seems to be the neighborhood cat! Lovely, quiet neighborhood, great for walking also. Will definitely stay there the next time we are in RI. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!!

Gorgeous house! Perfect for families/a big group. The kitchen and dining area was so nice and the living room is great for everyone to hang out! Each room has an ac unit which is amazing and helps in the summer humidity. Deck is massive and also has tons of seating!! Would definitely recommend.

Justin’s house was perfect for our group! We came for the Newport Folk festival with a slew of small kiddos and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep, play and eat. Justin was very responsive and even came over once to help set up the key pad on the front door (which was so crucial with a large group) as well as unlock a cabinet for us that had extra toilet paper inside. The yard was nice and large, the deck and grill were great for cooking. The basement was also excellent as a play space for the kids and just extra space for people to be. Months ago i mentioned we had babies and toddlers and Justin said he would put in a gate down to the basement because there was no door. We hadn’t spoken in months and I was super impressed he remembered about the gate. So thoughtful! We’d absolutely stay here again if we were back in the area.

The house was very nice and clean. Justin and his wife were very nice and were easy to reach if needed. We had a wonderful time at the house!
