Wonderful stay. The house is so perfectly appointed. Incredibly thoughtful touches and amenities throughout. I agree with others who have said the listing doesn’t do it justice. It’s quite comfortable, has beautiful surroundings, and is simply a perfect stay.

The listing doesn’t do this place any justice. The Cypress head view from the porch and dock is absolutely breath taking. House was super cute and cozy. Very nice place for someone down time and relaxation. The kayaks are wonderful to travel up and down the river. I can’t say enough good about this place.

Second stay at Ed’s place and again every thing was amazing 🤩 Ed makes everything so easy and really thinks of the small things to make your stay awesome. You can’t beat the location as it is so close to the springs and restaurants. We will be back next year!

I can't say enough positive things about this place. From the peaceful, serene setting to the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in- this place checked all the boxes. My husband and I came with our two girls (16 &9). From the moment we walked in the door, we knew we wouldn't want to leave. This house has it all... you literally only need to pack a bag with clothing and light toiletries as they provide a shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There was so much wildlife in the area. We really loved kayaking each day. We tubed the rainbow river, swam with the manatees, went to an escape room, visited St. Pete beach, and ate fantastic food right on the river. Our experience here was top notch. Ed and Karen really have gone to great lengths to make sure their guests feel right at home. We can't wait to come back again. We did something new and exciting every day, but there's still so much left to explore!!! My only regret is that we decided not to bring our dog!

Wonderful, relaxing stay with Ed and Karen! House was pristine and the location was great. Lots of amenities, and had all the comforts of home. Ed and Karen were extremely informative and responsive. We didn't have to leave the property for anything at all, house was well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay again.
