We had a great stay over Thanksgiving. We were there to be with local family so we weren't interested in town things. We rented both sides of the unit and it was nice to have open access between them easily. Everything was provided in case you forget to bring something which was unexpected. Towels and bedding are high quality and plenty was provided!!! The only thing we had issue with is the oven never would light for us. It's an original 1940s oven/stove, which the description is very clear about. I also have no doubt in my mind if I had reached out they would have came to fix it or show us how to do it correctly. It was 10pm the night before Thanksgiving and not crucial, so I didn't want to bother with it. We will stay again!

This place is a scam! you only get part of the house even when the ad says entire home. Then, how creepy is it that the conjoined house is separated by a door INSIDE YOUR KITCHEN! you can see and hear your stranger neighbors the entire time you’re there - not safe at all. stay away from this place! scam!

We had lots to do during this stay but, it felt good to be back “home” after the long days. It was so nice to come back, relax, and enjoy the fireplace with a click of a button. Just a short walk to Blanco’s town square where you will find great food and shopping. Quiet neighbors and shaded parking were bonuses.

We loved our stay at this lovely place. Our host was super welcoming and responsive. Especially when we needed help with the pull out couch which we appreciated! Even helped me figure out how to rent a movie on the TV when I ran into trouble, easy accommodations. We stayed here for the lavender festival, as this is our second year attending the festival and we are about an hour and a half away from home we thought we’d enjoy the weekend locally and not be so rushed and tired driving home. My mom, my best friend and myself were very happy with our stay. We look forward to staying again next year and making it an annual girls trip! 🫶🏻💕

Very clean, central to the town of Blanco, in a typical Blanco neighborhood. Good kitchen, parking, bedrooms for four, 1 queen, 2 singles. Beware early checkout time!
