Jason was very helpful and hospitable. The house was nice, clean, had the essentials, and felt home-like. Neighborhood was peaceful and within good driving distance from various natural areas

We rented this house for the solar eclipse, so expected to pay more than what might be normal. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet and check-in was straightforward. However, it felt like the house hadn’t been used in a long time. It was difficult to open the windows due to dust and bugs inside the frames. The main areas were very sparsely furnished with nothing at all on the walls. The house badly needs a deep clean, preferably without whatever harsh chemical was used to mop before we arrived - pinesol? A few dishes and utensils needed pre-washing before use. The backyard is lovely with big oaks but is in rough shape. There were other small issues that we communicated to the host and he said he will address them.

The home is in a very quiet neighborhood. Each room is very spacious. The kitchen is large with a large dining room table. I highly recommend this home especially for families. The host puts a lot of love into the home. There are plenty of extras. Extra towels, blankets, etc! The host provided clear instructions.
