Beautiful house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, and tv in the living room. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils that you would need. Nelida was a pleasure to do business with. She had everything spotless when we checked in. The roof is actually an upper deck with plenty of seating and a table. The house is a very close drive to attractions and good restaurants. I stayed there with my wife and my in-laws and we were all comfortable and happy with the stay. We will stay here again.

If you’re looking for a place near everything in San Ignacio, great WiFi as a remote worker, and very clean this is your place. Nelida was also very responsive with any questions I had. Would stay here again!

Nelida’s place is lovely! Very clean, great views from the roof top and is in a quiet part of town. We felt very safe, everyone was so friendly and helpful. I loved waking up to the sounds of the birds. The house is adequately equipped with everything you need. Several good restaurants within walking distance if you’re ok going up and down a hill. Otherwise Center of Town is a quick drive or 20 mins walk with Lots of restaurants and cafes. The Saturday market is a lot of fun. Cahal Pech ruins are 2 doors away from the house and quieter ruins to visit. Nelida is fabulous!! Very responsive and full of information about where to go and what to do!! She was a great host. Thank you. I would absolutely stay here again.

AC was very nice after a day out and about. Everything was clean. If your going to cook or like coffee bring most everything you need.
