Juan ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Meer und hat eine grosse Terrasse, wo man die schönen Sonnenuntergänge geniessen kann. Bis zu The Boom hat man zu Fuss ca. 20min. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt von 1 Nacht auf 14 verlängert und empfehlen diese Unterkunft weiter!

Nice little 1 bedroom, 1 bath home right on the beach. It’s fairly basic accommodations but has everything you need. The kitchen below is functional with a stove, fridge, coffee machine and a microwave. Really enjoyed walking on the beach and swimming in the ocean. The owner was very communicative and answered all of my questions. You’ll see some gorgeous sunsets. Very quiet location…just the sweet sounds of the waves rolling in !

Simple living right on the beach. We loved staying here so much we extended our stay by few days. There are waves at the beach right out your back door and the boom is only a few minutes drive away. We loved watching the sunset right from the balcony or palapa and taking outdoor showers right on the beach! Juan is super helpful and easy to communicate with. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Place is as described and looks even better than on the pictures posted here. It is a basic setup but has everything you need. The veranda is huge and we spent our mornings and evenings here, reading and watching the beautiful sunsets. It was easy to communicate with Juan even if you do not speak Spanish and Sandra who lives on the property is always available if you need something. There are some waves directly out front and the location is perfect to access all the other surf in the area (bring a car or motorbike). Stock up in Chinandega. You can buy beers and some veggies in town. Kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook yourself. There are some local Fritangas as well as expat restaurants in the area. This is a friendly community and we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
