Comfortable house in quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the ability to walk to several parks. A very pleasant stay overall.

This is a great place. Beautiful home that felt so comfortable. Kitchen was decked out with all I needed. Main tv was football ready and felt like home.

Simin was a great host, always responsive before and during our stay. The location of the home was great and central to everything on our agendas. The welcome wine, cheese, and crackers was lovely and enjoyed by my family. The home was great for our 6 week stay. Everything was just as described in the listing and I concur with previous reviews. Great feedback on the nice linens, to stocked kitchen, to exceptionally clean bathrooms, to the very peaceful surroundings and neighborhood views. The upstairs office was perfect for my remote work. We also enjoyed the basement and laundry room during our extended stay. We look forward to returning and checking it out again. Thanks!

We enjoyed a lovely week at this property. Simin is very responsive to any queries. We found 2 of the 3 beds to be quite firm, so if you like a firm mattress, you're in luck. The house is about 20 mins from the downtown area, in a suburban setting, but with a lovely view out the back to a wooded area. There is a washer and dryer available for use. There is also air-conditioning which I did not realise was available until half way through the visit. The A/C will be crucial during a DC summer. Overall, we had a lovely stay at Simin's property.
