I would definitely recommend booking in vacasa’s website and not on AirBnb. First, Vacasa charges less for the same listing, which I didn’t know until after I booked. Second, Airbnb and Vacasa both sent emails but each had incomplete check in details, so it was confusing. Third, we rented all 3 properties on this compound and only Vacasa had photos and details about what each site entailed at the level of specificity our group needed to plan. We ended up completely fine and enjoyed our stay immensely but I had to call Vacasa several times at the start of our rental to ask for lock box code access details that were never sent. In general, I think a fantastic property, just recommend eliminating the AirBnb middle man by booking directly via Vacasa.

This property is beautiful! We stayed in the main house and artist's studio. We had access to the cottage but didn't end up using it (just because we had enough bedrooms in between the other two structures). The house is across the street from the coast, you can (carefully) cross the road and walk about 1 minute to a public overlook of the coast and then you are right there. The view from both houses and decks is unbelievable! The houses were clean and the kitchen in the main house had what we needed to make meals. You can walk into town but the road is curvy in one place and you just have to be careful about cars. You can also walk to the headlands (closer than town). We did have an issue with having the codes for entry ahead of our stay. There is little to know cell reception and there is wi-fi but it's hard to make calls. This made getting into the house difficult as I was trying to communicate with Vacasa over the phone to get the correct codes. Once we had the Vacasa property manger's cell phone I texted with them and communication was easier. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property.

AMAZING views. The three space were great. Loved the artist studio. My husband and I stayed there and our (adult)kids stayed in the main house.
