About 3 miles of the road north to the property is unpaved and can get a bit bumpy! The onsite caretaker ensures the property is always well manicured and maintained, and the concierge is happy to advise and plan your excursions and local transportation. This home is north of the Barry Bowen bridge, and there is a $2.50 USD bridge toll (one way) for each pass over the bridge with a golf cart. Taxi cabs generally include this toll in their fares.
