We absolutely loved our stay! Joe’s place was very clean and comfortable. He goes above and beyond with the amount of amenities, which was appreciated. Location was perfect! We hope to stay there again next year.

Joe's place was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pools and having our own backyard space to enjoy dinner. The house was perfect size for our family. Thanks again Joe!

Joe was a great host. He was very responsive and provided lots of recommendations. His place was clean and check in was easy. The welcome muffins and note were a nice touch.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Joe’s place. Location was excellent. If we’d been able to bring bikes, it would have been easy to bike to food/shops and the beaches. We did rent bikes from Ocean’s Edge to use the Rail Trail—very nice to have access from the property. Even thought we were not able to golf, my son was able to use the driving range for a fee, and we also rented a kayak from the resort on Blueberry Pond which was fun. There’s a fun little playground by the pond if you have younger kids, which we discovered by accident. We also really enjoyed the pools although note that the outdoor pools felt a little chilly in the low 80s weather (water temps were 75-77 degrees). But we were able to use the indoor pool which is close to Joe’s place so that’s nice even when the weather was not great. Joe was a great host, leaving a treat for us to start our stay and going out of his way to retrieve a package we needed from the mail area. We would definitely stay again!
