Sensational location across from the azure waters of Pumistsone Passage. Traffic noise is a constant and be prepared to pack some extras. The house has basic amenities. We took cane chairs for the veranda, a table to eat out the front and our own set of chairs, even wine glasses. A breezy/easy beach house to keep clean and welcome visitors. You are paying for the location and if you love Bribie, it's perfect perhaps however not for long term rental. An air conditioner would go a long way to justify the increase in summer rental yields. I can understand why it's not small dog friendly as there is no front fence and no security. PandaPearls will be back in the cooler low season and thank you for having us.
