Casa del Sol y Mar is a gem tucked away in the private and peaceful community of Solimar. With it’s 24hr security, you will find this quiet neighborhood perfect for families! You can enjoy tennis, basketball, volleyball, children’s playground, and the pool...all just steps away from the front door. A short 5 min walk and you will find your feet in the sand on one of Puerto Rico’s finest beaches, Playa Azul. Or just sit back and enjoy listening to the waves crashing from the covered patio! This bright and beautiful newly remodeled home offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a fully stocked kitchen. On the main level, the living and dining room share the same bright and open space which offers indoor/outdoor flow to the overly spacious covered patio. You are likely to find most of your time spent here. With two beautiful Puerto Rican hammocks, a dining table w/ six chairs and a small bench near the garden (where you can usually find a lizard or two), it’s easy to enjoy yourself anytime of the day. Most days you can hear the waves crashing on Playa Azul from here. The new kitchen is made to wow you with all it’s storage and natural light. It’s stocked with everything you need including stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, fridge, coffee maker and grinder, blender, pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, ...! The half bath is also conveniently located on the main level. Heading upstairs, you will find 2 bathrooms and all 3 bedrooms; Master, Guest, and Bunk room. Each bedroom has it’s own ceiling fan and A/C unit. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, large closet area, and it’s own attached private bathroom. You can also enjoy watching Netflix into the evening with the mounted smart tv. The Guest bedroom has a queen bed, lots of closet/dresser space, and a smart tv. Bunk room has a full size bunk bed and closet space. Feel free to relax and take a bath in the guest bathroom.
