We stayed at Alfonso’s place for 9 days and it was absolutely wonderful. The place was at a great location, it was clean and well maintained and the beds were awesome. My daughter also really enjoyed the private pool. I can highly recommend this.

Great location, friendly neighbors, walkable to many restaurants! The place was very clean, well stocked and loved the outdoor patio/pool/dock space. Alfonso is very attentive and super friendly. We enjoyed our stay in the Keys!

Alfonso was an awesome host. He goes out of his way to accommodate his guests and make sure they are happy. He was always available to us if we needed anything or to ask him questions or help. He helped us find great places to eat and to go explore on land and water! The house is clean and cozy and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. If you take a boat, it is so great that he has a lift in the back, your boat is a few feet away and always accessible. There were fishing rods there in case you don't have any as well as kayaks, bikes and a bait freezer which were great to have.He even has a gold cart to rent which was great to get around in. The community of Key Colony Beach is very nice and quiet and has a few parks as well as restaurants and a marina with bait shop. I think one of the best features ( if you bring your boat) is the proximity to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Bay. My family and I have done a lot of vacation rentals and this one was one of the best. Will be back!
