This was a nice house in a good location. The house was clean inside, however the outside was very messy. Dirt from a dug up pipe was pretty bad outside the front door so dirt got tracked into the house and the backyard was very unkempt. With a little effort both yards could have been cleaned up to look better. We also had trouble with the heater and tv remotes. The king size bed was very comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay, Jamestown is a nice little town and we enjoyed the train museum.

We were close to every thing we needed. The host was awesome! Very attentive. When we changed the dates a little, the price went up another $600. Pretty expensive.

We had a great stay in Jamestown. The town is quiet and quaint and centrally located to visit all the nearby spots. The hosts responded quickly to any problems that came up. The apartment is cozy and the beds are comfortable. Thank you for a great stay.

We didn’t get to stay at this airbnb as our flight was canceled, but Evolve had great communication with us and was very kind.
