Very peaceful 2 nights spent at this property. Suzy was a great host and very communicative. Our family enjoyed our time here. The Montezuma birds were a welcome distraction and the grounds were an envy for me personally.

Suzy and Dan are a class act. They were very helpful and engaging. Had a wonderful time at their lovely inn. It’s located very close to the small town Nuevo Arenal and about 45 mins from all the attractions at Arenal. A nice place to stay if one wants to experience the natural surroundings

Suzy’s place is a beautiful gem in Nuevo Arenal. Suzy is an exceptional host, always there ready to help even before I arrived at Villa Decary. She helped me in finding a car, suggested delicious restaurants and activities in the area. The location is just amazing, I loved waking up with the sound of the birds in my lake view room...I checked out yesterday and I am already missing Villa Decary..! Last but not least...amazing breakfast with local dishes!! Thank you Suzy, can’t wait to be back!

Suzy's place is like a Garden of Eden! The grounds are well maintained but still have a very natural beauty. We especially enjoyed all the beautiful birds that visit their feeders as we indulge in their delicious breakfasts! Oh what a view of Lake Arenal from our bedroom balcony! It is well situated only five minutes from town but a car is needed to get you to most attractions. A surprise was The Gingerbread House, a fantastic restaurant just a five minute walk away.

Beautiful B&B with a breathtaking view. Excellent breakfast and caring hosts. Exotic birds everywhere. We highly recommend this place and would not hesitate to come back.
