Our stay here was nothing short of delightful! Tina is a wonderful host, she was very helpful both before and during our stay. She’s in a quaint and beautiful area, a gem for a visit to St. Augustine. We look forward to returning!

The art studio was not only beautiful and super clean but a wonderful experience that we are so glad we got to have. Tina is the most friendly host we've ever met. She took the time when we checked in to explain everything about her home which is a beautiful dedication to her late husband Don, an accomplished artist. The bed was so BIG I could lay my full 5'2" length sideways. I've never seen a bed that big. It was also a sleep number so that was nice. It was hands down the cleanest home I've ever stayed in. And the artwork was stunning. And I don't want to forget the yard which looked like a fairytale. Also, the proximity to Anastasia State Park was very nice. Everything was magical and we're definitely looking forward to staying again in the fall.

Tina is the perfect host and her studio apartment is the perfect place to stay. We booked our next stay with her before we even left. Book without hesitation! She is just the sweetest and kind host we have ever booked with!

What a fabulous hostess! You will absolutely love Tina. There when you need her in a moment’s notice. She gives you complete privacy but available if needed. The apartment is so interesting and the history of her husband’s art profession and career worth every minute you have to learn about such a talented gentleman. Tina, herself, is extremely smart and was a valuable part of their various endeavors. The unit is beautiful and extremely clean, disinfected, and private. The lush landscaping was gorgeous and we enjoyed our coffee times out there. A very short walk puts you in Anastasia State Park and onto a gorgeous beach. We highly encourage you to experience “The Artist’s Studio”.

Tina’s place was exactly what we needed. Beautiful peaceful and just a short walk to a beautiful beach. We slept so well in !
