If you’re looking for a quiet / clean place to stay in Arlington Va, that is a stone throw away from DC look no further! Shane and Kathy’s place is a gem! I will certainly book their place again when I’m back in the DC area for work!

My husband and I stayed here due to being so close to Washington for an affordable price. We attended a Washington Wizard basketball ball game. Home was clean, I appreciated the kitchen with all amenities. Wished a full length mirror was available. Although the host provided shampoo, body wash, and conditioner would have liked for a shelf to be available inside the shower for folks who bring their own. Hosts have a book of helpful tips for the home and outside home/like transportation options, who I liked and referred back to during check out

Such a cute place to stay! Private and comfy. I liked the little book collection and the kitchen had a large number of cooking utensils which is always appreciated when trying to cook away from home. The host provided plenty of information so I didn’t have to guess about how to use the heating and air conditioning which can be tricky during Spring because you might need both in one day. I would stay here again.

Our stay here was truly perfect. The price, amenities, location, and comfort exceeded all our expectations. Super close to a Safeway, nearby bus stops, and a really great little affordable and delicious Italian restaurant just across the street. We greatly appreciated having access to the laundry. We've been in 50+ short term places and this one was among the very best!
