This is a magical place to stay that instantly makes you feel relaxed and at ease. The sea breezes and ocean views cannot be matched. The hosts make the stay incredibly personal and welcoming. We left feeling like we'd made new friends and received fresh fruit and vegetables from their farm to take home with us. Cleonice even made us breakfast on the last day of our stay. We've stayed in Airbnb's all over the world, but this one is special! Come here for a writer's retreat and be immersed in nature or being the family and create unforgettable memories. Every detail is intentional and well thought out. Cleo is a five star host!

Stayed here with my husband and 4 children. The loft was comfortable, had plenty of room to comfortably sleep all 6 of us. Very clean and cozy. We spent our days swimming and playing in the water. My kids had so much fun finding crabs, horseshoe crabs, hermit crabs and every other ocean critter.

Location, communication, accommodation - Cleonice’s place has it all! The loft slept 7 of us adults comfortably and Cleonice even welcomed us with fresh flowers! She was also very responsive via Airbnb ahead of time and text message during our stay. And you can’t beat staying on your own peninsula! We loved our stay and would highly recommend!

A magical place for an escape summer vacation. Absolutely loved the beach and witnessing the sunrise and sunsets from the same private beach. The hosting family are so lovely and made our time there special by sharing some history of the place and interesting discussions about biology and nature around the area. Cloe had paid a lot of attention to the details you can find anything you would need during your stay. The bathroom was so clean. What we loved the most is the beach and outdoor patio overlooking the beach. Definitely would recommend for an unforgettable summer vacation.

Overall we had a fantastic trip! This property really sells itself. Gorgeous 360 degree water views, beautiful lawns and gardens throughout. Our weather was fantastic as well which really helped make our stay special. Our group was 7 girls and 1 dog. The loft is really funky/eclectic. Clean. The stairs do squeak and the bathroom is located downstairs. We used the fan all weekend because it got warm up there. They had a standing AC unit but it didn't seem to be effective for the space and luckily our weather wasn't that hot. The beds were comfortable but the hanging beds squeak/move every time you turn because they are suspended from the ceiling. Small kitchen area with some mugs/glasses and sink and 2 burner stove. Grills outside available for use and picnic table where we ate dinner one night. They normally rent the main house also by the room, but I think we could use that grill area because the rest of the property was vacant for one night of our stay (the other night there were a few people using that side of the house). We brought some firewood and had a beach bonfire one night. Hosts were very chill seen on/off the property throughout the weekend and their two daughters. There were a few issues with communication with the hosts that could be improved... check - in was >1 hour later than expected (normally 3pm but couldn't get in there till after 4pm because she was still cleaning). There is only 1 small refrigerator in the loft which we wish we knew ahead of time because we would have brought more coolers for food. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper for 7 people & it took them a few hours to get a new role replaced (we ended up buying some of our own at the local grocery store). We were also told we could not bring more than 3 cars, which was strange because the property is huge and there was plenty of space to park. Besides these minor issues, our trip really was super special and I would definitely rent again (but better know how to prepare next time!) I give them special props for being dog friendly. My dog had the best weekend of all and enjoyed running/playing fetch on their yard so much. They were really cool about that! Would recommend.
