My friend and I stayed here for 3 months as she travel nursed and I worked from home. It was a great experience and exactly as described. The backyard was great and completely private. The neighborhood is safe and has a 7-11, Trader Joe’s, and gym a minute walk away. A garage is available for small cars (a ford fusion fit but a Jeep grand Cherokee did not) however street parking was always available. We had a great time living here and felt very safe. We enjoyed visiting nearby restaurants that were recommended in a complete Long Beach guide left by the hosts. Definitely recommend for long stays!

Teriann’s place felt right at home. Everything we needed was close by and there was so much to explore. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe and the hosts were very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were extremely friendly and consistently reached out to ensure we weren't experiencing any issues. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with small appliances and other cooking essentials. There are a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance which was super convenient during our trip, too. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this airbnb!

I reserved this place for my tenants due to an issue at the rental house. They stayed for about 11 days. They said overall everything was good. They said they had some trouble with the washer/dryer setup. You need to pay through an app. But it was the tenants phone having issues.
