From initial booking, until the end of our stay, Lisa and David were very attentive and welcoming. Our room / studio had everything we needed for a family of four, with good cooking facilities and food supplies etc. Added bonus was a lovely cooked breakfast served in our room the next morning. Would thoroughly recommend if visiting the Norfolk coast.

David hosted us very well, even taking care of a request of an extra large cooking pot, late at night! The cooked breakfast conveniently made to order by text, at the hour we wanted, was delicious. Loved the little extras ready in the fridge from check in to accompany the breakfast like juice, milk, butter, cereals and sauces. Lovely large clean bath towels! Excellent location to see surrounding areas of interest and beautiful beaches of Norfolk! Not one complaint from us.

My family and I absolutely love staying here, beautifully laid out accommodation, lovely garden for the children to play in and Lisa and her partner are always so friendly and welcoming. My boys begged me for us to move there permanently as they loved it so much. Thanks guys, will hopefully see you again soon 😊
