Felt at home. Had stayed with my parents and kids there and all were really happy to b at this place . The Courtyard, clean rooms , fully equipped kitchen, and proximity to the bhatye beach all made the place n stay memorable. May be the price was bit high due to weekends, but i din't mind because the quality time spent with family in a homely atmosphere. Own vehicle wil be better to reach here and property is bit inside the residential area. Home cooked food is also available on request, and wil be provided at home by caretaker. Overall good stay option for families..

Mauli Courtyard is a nice bungalow. We stayed there for 2 nights. Its very spacious and has nice homely feeling. Subodh was out of town, Sampada (Subodh's sister) was managing it in his absence. She did a good job, was always available if required. The food prepared by Sampada was delicious, especially the amboli prepared for breakfast. The modak, subzis everything was outstanding. We will definitely visit this place again.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Bungalow liegt abgelegen von der Stadt zwischen Wäldern, es ist also schön ruhig. Leider hatten wir beim ersten Mal das Problem, dass die Unterkunft schwierig zu finden war. Subodh war aber immer erreichbar und hat uns geholfen, somit war das kein Problem. Das Haus sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Es ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.

Stayed at this Villa for 4 nights in 2021 and I must say the stay was so good, I didn't feel like returning. Subodh is an extremely great host with good communication and was always available. The villa is located very close to the city but is yet calm and peaceful. It was sparkling clean and had all the necessary amenities. Subodh's family provided us with all our meals - extremely delicious maharashtrian food at very reasonable costs. She also provided us with special items on demand. If you visit Ratnagiri you must stay at Subodh's Villa - I highly recommend it.
