We’ve been to many AirBnBs in the past and no matter where we have been and how beautiful the place, there was always one thing that we found that could be a bit better whether it be the area or cleanliness. At Paolo’s apartment, everything was perfect. The area was peaceful at night, yet right in the heart of Venice so we could walk to anything in a short amount of time. Anything you would need, from an outlet converter to a nice bar, is very close. The apartment was very clean, well set-up, and incredibly cozy. Paolo was great, he gave us tips and helped us out greatly with an early check-in and late check-out as we were carrying our luggage around. He responded quickly when we had a couple of questions and was friendly! I highly recommend this place over any others in the area and over hotels. You will be in an area where locals live and you can experience the culture more. He charges a fair price that you can’t beat as well. Overall, we had an excellent stay and when we return to the area, this is where we will turn to first!

Great host Everything as described and better. Great communication throughout the process and excellent tips for seeing Venice. Very clean and all the comforts of home. Best location as well-simply ping your phone to Rialto bridge and you will never get lost.

We had a great stay at Paolo’s place. We were literally 1/2 block away from the Rialto Bridge, a major hot spot. Paolo was great. He met us at the apartment and offered us handy tips about getting around. We would highly recommend!!
