13 Splendid apartments of various types and sizes located within the 500esque building "Cà Bollani". The apartment consists of an entrance hall with a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and microwave; a living room with a sofa and television; a bathroom with a shower; and a sleeping area consisting of a room with a queen-size bed. There is a sofa bed in the apartment. The building does not have an elevator. On the ground floor available to all guests is a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. All apartments are also equipped with air conditioning, heating, and a free Wi-Fi line. We also offer our guests authentic experiences to live in contact with local people. Very nice place with big space of beds
Great place but host was slow to respond sometimes.
The accommodation matches the description. The apartment was very clean, even though it was not new. Unfortunately, due to the dampness it was not warm enough. The heaters did not always work and were very weak. There is an air conditioner, but there is no remote control for it. The administrator is not always in touch, which also seemed like a minus to us. The Wi-Fi network was never found, the SMS was never answered... unfortunately... pros: apartment in the historical center, cleanliness in the room. Thank you
Situado en el corazón de Venecia. Super mercado, restaurantes, tiendas a un solo paso. Precioso departamento y muy amplio con vista a los canales! La comunicación era lenta con los huéspedes. Tuvimos frío a pesar de solicitar en bastantes ocaciones de subir la calefacción. Problema con la puerta de la ducha, ya que el agua salía bastante.
