Highly recommend. The Property was as described..very beautiful, Specious & clean. best Things: Clean with all required furnitures very nice hospitality 2 queen Bed & 2extra mattress AC in both bedrooms very responsive host took all efforts to make our stay comfortable. very good property for 6 -7 People Home cooked yummy breakfast Over all Stay Rating 9.5/10 Could have been little better: little more utensils in kitchen if you want to cook variety of food. available utensils are OK for cooking basic food. Important info for Adults: the location is very peaceful, but little far from the main city. for beverages especially alcoholic, the nearest shop is ~16 KM far. 😁 So don't forget to pick your stock on the way. you get all groceries in walkable distance ~200 Meters. Finally, if you have your own vehicle..Just book it and enjoy your stay. You get Bicycle on rent if you want to explore nearby.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb property, and I must say, it was really a good experience. Firstly, the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. The communication was smooth, and they were always available to answer any questions I had. The property itself was immaculate. It was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities one could ask for. The location was so lovely, a village on the outskirts f Kannur. They provided us with the breakfast, which was quite good too. Also, there is a restaurant nearby, with home delivery. The only negative I felt was, we checked in at around 4.30 PM and we received the house rules only at 10 PM, which said there is extra charges for using cooking gas and washing machine. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb property to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The host was amazing, the property was fantastic, and I would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Things that could have made our stay better: 1. The promised appliances were missing-electric kettle & microwave. Washing machine was not in good condition. 2. There were almost no utensils. The ones available were burnt and very old 3. The mattress was unmaintained and quilt was lumpy. 4. One washroom was inconveniently small. 5. There was no drinking water or basic facilities like salt, sugar or oil. 6. No mosquito repellents were there. 7. No exhausts in washrooms & kitchen. We couldn’t open the glass windows as there was no net to keep away mosquitoes.
