I will start with we ere given a refund to not include taxes and cleaning fee. However Please continue reading. Upon check-in we walked into the unit and it was a total let down and disappointment. The unit description was not at all accurate. Keep in mind there are many units in this building but the pictures by no means matched what we walked into. The unit was just horrible. The couch was delaminating and had never been cleaned. If you spread open in between the cushions all the delaminating and food debris had been accumulating for months. The couch was not even usable. The bed, well the mattress was a 6-8” thick piece of foam…not memory just plain foam. The carpets were dirty and not vacuumed. The toilet seat was broken. We chose this unit because we were attending a concert at Live Oak. Instead we had to incur additional costs to change our location. She offered to clean and when they showed up they did not knock and only had a mop..no water and a broom…no dustpan…STAY AWAY

We enjoyed our stay at Margaret M.'s. This is an apartment building in the historic downtown district with hardwood floors. We stayed on the top floor. We always felt safe and there was a superintendent on site who greeted us warmly as we came and went throughout the day. He was there to help with any questions.

Definitely worth the cheaper cost. Very minimal in amenities. Be sure to pack your own soaps, shampoo and hairdryer. Good stay if you don’t plan to be in the air bnb much of your trip- great place to just sleep.

Great location can walk to everything! Love going out the front way, very exciting!!
