The house and the proper hosts where wonderful. Such a stunning house, garden and surroundings. We enjoyed the quite and the pool. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything. The hosts are very lovely people and very helpful with everything. Only the communication via novasol wasn’t working well, but the direct contact with the hosts went well.

Wonderful house and beautiful surroundings, pool, ping pong table and amenities make for a great vacation. It is to be noted that there is almost no internet connection (home office difficult) and that the path leading to the house is (as described) not recommended for some vehicles. House is perfect though and easily houses 11 people.

Une maison confortable dans une nature authentique. Un peu en altitude, l'emplacement assure une relative fraicheur même par temps chaud, au cœur d'une forêt de chênes et des oliviers. Bagnoregio est un village splendide, à quelques kilomètres du lac de Bolsena qui mérite le détour. Luca est prodigue en conseils et commentaires pour découvrir la région dans les meilleurs conditions. Un séjour magnifique.

Luca is awesome. He was always available and helped with lot's of suggestions and was a real help way beyond the necessary. The House was great. It's huge and as a group of 10 people we loved every day
