Great place so stay if it’s a big group. Close to beach and tons of amenities. The house is close to a supermarket and right in between two great New England towns. I would recommend

We went up for only two nights, but the stay was perfect! Great communication and easy check in. The house is very spacious and each of the rooms had so much privacy. The house was a short walk to the beach and was easy to do with chairs/cooler in hand. Everything was spotless, but didn’t feel uptight, and had all the necessary appliances for cooking. The multi floor layout was a bit challenging for our elderly mother, so good to be aware. We had great weather during our stay. Our favorite thing to do was sit on the back deck, catching rays, playing board games and watching the sun set over the channel! In the morning, I watched the sun rinse while lying in bed (top floor master)! I would most definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Our group of friends had a great weekend at Alyssa's house in Wells! It was a quick walk to the beach, plenty of space for the 8 of us to spend time together and have our own privacy, and really clean and comfortable. Alyssa gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out and was responsive to questions throughout the weekend. Unfortunately, we had some trouble with the fireplaces and 2 of the 3 TVs (maybe batteries in the remotes just needed to be replaced!), but otherwise, our stay was wonderful. We'd definitely recommend it to others and we'd love to stay here again!

We booked this house to replace our annual ski/Super Bowl trip when our previous renter cancelled on us last minute. We missed the skiing but this house was awesome. Perfectly fit 5 couples and 4 dogs. Great location and can’t beat the winter pricing in a little beach town. Felt like we had the entire neighborhood to ourselves which was a plus. Comfortable stay and it’s even a little bigger/more open than the pictures indicate. Make sure you read the instruction on the inside of the front door on how shut properly or it will swing open at random. Couple of slow draining sinks and a slight leak from the freezer (we just kept a towel down while there), but I find that is to be expected in these larger rental properties so we didn’t really mind. Would recommend!
