This was by far the worst Airbnb experience we have ever had: - The house was not clean (except for bed linens) or ready for occupancy 3 hours after check-in time. - The host would not communicate most of the time, or answer most of our communications and questions. - The host's belongings were strewn all over the house, and the host's belongings filled the refrigerator, all dresser drawers in the master BR, parts of closets, and laundry room. - The listing included two bedrooms each with queen bed and additional couches and mattresses for sleeping, but there were NO bedrooms with such accommodations and only one that even had space for them. - WiFi/internet, cable, and TV were not available. - The host invaded our privacy by being on the premises after we arrived but being unavailable to help us, and opening the garage the next day and playing drums while a guest sick with the flu was trying to sleep. - There are 2.5 bathrooms, not 3 as listed. - The private hot tub cost $150 to use.

Great place to stay and beautiful town, i left a few things behind. John was kind enough to ship it to me, we’ll definitely stay again if I’m in the area. 👍🏼

This was a great value for a nice place in Petaluma, especially considering the price of hotels in the area. John was easy to contact and helpful. There is no access to the washer and dryer, but everything else was great!
