Nice place to stay. Cozy and well equipped unit. Tim and Barbara were very friendly, accommodating and communicated well with us throughout our 6 days stay. They were very responsive and provided an extra blanket when requested. Also provided many recommendations to eat nearby. Definitely we would stay again in their place.

Friendly hosts. Cozy little home. Comfortable bed. Clean drinking water. Peaceful garden nook and large plant collection. Short walk to nice, efficient laundry mat. Accessible to Ventura botanical gardens, grocery store, downtown, and harbor.
