非常不错的居住体验，地理位置佳，处于左岸拉丁区，小巷中很安静，周边非常方便安全，房子很大，足以居住4人。

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber völlig ausreichend für 1-2 Personen, und optisch wunderbar vergrößert durch viele Spiegel. Alles in Schwarz-Weiß, keine Farben in der Einrichtung, schick und neutral. Super ausgestattet mit allem, war man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht, sehr angenehm. Das Viertel St.Gemain des Pres ist genial, ganz zentral mit vielen Ausgeh-Möglichkeiten und Läden. Es wäre perfekt gewesen, wenn man im Schlafzimmer nicht den Krach aus der Nachbarwohnung obendrüber gehört hätte, jeden Schritt und jede laute Unterhaltung, und vor allem Partymusik bis manchmal früh in den Morgen. Aber ansonsten ist die Wohnung wirklich zu empfehlen!

감사합니다, Pierre. 여행 일정을 급하게 변경하게 되면서 급하게 숙소 예약을 잡아야 했는데, 호스트의 정확하고 세심한 답변으로 안심이 되었습니다. 호스트의 적극적인 일정조율로 예약을 할수있었습니다. 예약확정 전에 기존의 집에 문제가 있어 다른 집으로 예약해도 괜찮은지 사전에 저의 동의를 구해주었습니다. 기존의 집과 분위기가 조금 다르긴 했지만 전혀 실망스럽지 않았고 무엇보다 더 높은 금액의 숙소를 제공해주어서 마다할 이유가 없었습니다. 그리고 위치가 정말 끝내줍니다. 개선문과 에펠탑 근처의 숙소만 고려하다가 이곳 퐁네프다리 근처 생제르맹지구(Saint-Germain-des-Prés district)로 잡았는데, 파리 중의 파리라고 하고 싶을 정도로 수많은 레스토랑과 와인샾, 그리고 다양한 명소들이 있어서 놀라울 정도로 좋았습니다. 다음에 파리에 또 온다면 무조건 이 근처로 올것이고 당연코 피에르의 숙소를 찾을것입니다. 다만 조금 아쉬운 점이 새로운 집에는 엘리베이터가 없어 무거운 짐을 올리기 쉽지 않았는데, 이 마저도 체크인을 도와주시는 분이 도와주셔서 괜찮았습니다. 그리고 윗집 방음이 잘 되지 않는데 파리의 여느 호텔과 숙소들도 방음이 좋지 않았던것을 감안하면 이해가능한 정도 였습니다. 그리고 윗집의 기타실력 좋더라고요? 악의적인 소음들이 아니었어서 오히려 파리지앵의 경험을 하고 있는 것 같아서 낭만적이기까지 했어요! 😝 더할나위없이 좋은숙소를 제공해줘서 감사합니다.

We visited Paris Oct with our 11 month old baby and enjoyed our stay here very much. The apartment was bright, spacious, and clean with high ceilings. Our 11 month old had plenty of room to crawl around, bath tub allowed for baby baths. 2 bathrooms were nice. The weather was warm and temperature in the apartment was very comfortable. The space matched photos. The travel crib was available and worked out nicely. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and fridge clean. I appreciated having a desk in the bedroom for some work at the beginning of the visit. The location was exactly as described, streets were full of cafes and restaurants in St. Germain neighborhood. But the apartment is on a small street off the main street, so very quite after 9pm despite lively night life in the neighborhood. We walked everywhere, to all the museums and sights. The metro was very close and we metro'd to and from the airport, and to farther places like sacred heart and paris conference center

The apartment is very spacious. It's 2 blocks from the Seine river, 3 from the Lourve, 3 from the Latin Quarters, 4 from Luxumborg Gardens, 4 from Muse de Orsay... Great shopping in small local French botiques. Beautilful neighborhood. I always felt very safe. Live nightlife and cafes 3 to a block. I would definitly stay here again.
