This is a special review: We could not visit the place since all ferrys to Martha’s Vineyard stopped operation due to heavy weather short notice in the evening before we made it to the terminal. So we did not have a chance to really enjoy anything. Since the refund was not possible any longer we paid it all but had nothing. The ferry refunded nonetheless, but the host did not. I recommend anyone to thoroughly check the weather report 48 hours in advance and if the weather is bad, cancel it and take no risk.

Weekend with my wife and two children ages 8 and 5. Upon arrival the code didn't work. Maintenance walked in with us to show us there is low water pressure in the kitchen sink. Went to close the window in the kids room which was open when we got there and it was broken and we had to push it from outside. We went to pull the sofa bed out for them to watch TV and it was COVERED in mouse droppings. Kids sat either on the floor or at the table as that was the only couch. Next morning the second bathroom was infested with ants all over the sink and toilet. We went to shower and there was zero hot water so the office said they would work on it but later that evening told us it couldn't be fixed and could move us - it was close to 8 and the kids were in bed. We found print outs of all the vacasa oak bluff financials from a meeting just on a side table. After we reached out and they offered max1/2 refund when we stated that a full refund is requested they denied. Awful experience and service.

Great place to stay if you have kids! They had plenty for us to do and enjoy.

Comfortable, cozy, and cute! I recommend staying here. I, certainly, plan to stay again.
