Just returned home after a wonderful two night stay at Katy’s place. It was cozy, comfortable and so peaceful. A real tonic to stay there! Katy left the most delicious flapjack which we enjoyed with a cup of tea on arrival as well as very generous breakfast supplies which set us up for the day’s activities. The Studio was as described, very accessible, good WiFi, efficient shower, well equipped kitchen and all was spotless. After the day’s activities, we enjoyed two ‘chilled’ evenings and two very restful night’s sleep in the comfortable bed. Very pleased to recommend staying here and hope we get the opportunity to return. Thank you Katy for a delightful, memorable stay!

Katy's studio is exactly as described. It's in a delightful location, and even if you arrive when it's pitch black as I did you can appreciate that the rural surroundings will not disappoint the next morning. There's a public footpath right across the road for an early morning walk with a pup and the extensive and enclosed garden is very dog friendly. The studio is very private and was equipped with everything I needed. Katy could not have been more welcoming and accommodating with last minute changes of plan. I definitely recommend staying here. If you can find a studio like this 5 minutes from the A1 as good as Katy's I'd be very surprised.

We stayed at bottom Farm for 3 nights as I was working in the locality. The accommodation is comfortable with calm decor and furnishings. It is in a peaceful location and we had an undisturbed stay. The host, Katy had kindly left a bounty of gifts for breakfast - very thoughful. I would certainly return if I was in the area again. Thank you. Nicky
