This was our second stay at this condo. It's in a great spot- direct access to the beach, easy jog to the gym and several great restaurants within walking distance. The view of the ocean from the balcony is priceless. The kitchen isn't as modern as Konstantin's other location, but it's well stocked, and the rest of this condo is very nice and comfortable. We plan on making this an annual stay!

This was my husband’s and my first vacation with an infant, and it was perfect! Since getting to the shore wasn’t always possible due to baby needs, we loved being able to see and hear the ocean from the spot; and we definitely appreciated the close proximity to the shore, which did make it easier to get down there when we could. We also loved being able to see a few rocket launches from the balcony. The space was clean, and we had everything we needed. An extra perk was having a Rubik’s cube to solve while there (I am a Rubik’s cube fanatic)! We hope we can come again soon—our baby loved the water, and this was by all means a successful first vacation as a family of three. Side note: the tub does fill up with water while showering, but we’ve been on enough beach vacations to know that this is always a possibility since sand clogs the drains. It didn’t bother us, and we know the host cannot always fix that issue because it is usually an issue with the whole building.

Great location! 2nd story apartment that has an awesome balcony view of the ocean. It has direct beach access from the condo community. Plenty of towels and chairs for the beach available. A parking space is provided and is right down the stairs from the front door. Furniture was very comfy. Kitchen provided all utensils we needed during our stay. Walkable to plenty of stores and restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for the price and location!

My son and I loved this place! It was a little smaller than what I was expecting, but for 2 people it was perfect! It was great having an in-unit washer/dryer, we didn't have to pack as much. Having an ocean view was my favorite. I loved listening to the waves every night before bed and whenever we were in the Airbnb. The beach access was amazing too. The beach its self wasn't as crowded as I expected, which was great. While Konstantin does supply beach gear, we found someone on the beach that has chair and umbrella rental for the day. We were lucky enough to watch 3 rocket launches while there and we watched 2 from the balcony with no issues. The place overall was perfect for a beach get away. Plenty to do in the area. Plenty of good restaurants. The views were just to die for! If you stay here, wake up early to watch the sunrise and you won't be disappointed. I wish I could add pics! I can't say enough good about this place. I would 100% stay again.
