Joanne was lovely and responsive. Her attention to detail is very evident in the cottage. We had a relaxing time even though it rained the whole time, something Joanne could not do anything about!

Fantastic location and a wonderful little cottage for two.  I would probably plan on cooking out since there is no dishwasher or washer and dryer. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the beach.

The cottage is a darling space with nice grounds and a lake view. The location is tricky however. It sits just off Rt 1 that has tremendous traffic. The entrance is almost hidden (no fault of the host) heading in both directions and heading north, you must cut across busy Rt 1. Everything was neat, clean and nicely decorated. There is no washer/dryer as there simply isn’t space for laundry facilities in the cottage. The lack of kitchen amenities (tupperware, baggies, trash bags, tea towels, glassware) was disappointing. Most of the utensils were pretty worn and not as clean as I expect. If you plan on making your own meals and snacks, bring your supplies. Kitchen amenities and access aside, it is a comfy and pleasant space.

We had an excellent stay! It’s close to beaches, restaurants, breweries and anything else you’d might want to do. Loved that it was a little removed as it felt private and secluded in the best way. The cottage itself is beautiful and perfect for the two of us. We will be back!

We stayed here for our 30th Anniversary trip. This was the perfect place! Joanne was always available and very helpful. I cannot say enough about this place or Joanne. We will definitely be returning and recommending her place to all of our family and friends!
