We (2 adults + 2 teen girls + dog) had a great vacation. The small private beach is gorgeous. It is a small, private community with an island vibe, but only 10-15 minutes from civilization. The house is fully equipped and Justin is generous to share everything with the guests. This is a house that is being used by the owner and there is some wear and tear, but it was comfortable and clean. It was easy to communicate with Justin and he was quick to respond and helpful. It was also a nice surprise to have high speed broadband in the house as well. Highly recommended for families who enjoy beach life and some peace and quiet. Tips: - the night skies and sunrises are awesome - Some nice seafood restaurants and a great seafood store (Mary's) - Out of the oven bakery every morning...

I want to definitely say the location is amazing, the privacy and shallow beach shore is perfect for kids. Justin is good with communicating and very responsive. We had to cut short our trip due to malfunctioning AC. Justin was respectful of our decision and refunded for a night. My only suggestion is the house itself could use some TLC and de- cluttering and possibly some upgrades in long run.
