There is a cozy queen size bed with a walk-in closet and a three drawer dresser. There's a smart TV with Netflix and cable. There's a Southern exposure window with the view of gorgeous flowering bougainvilleas right outside the window. The flowers make the room appear pink during the day. The private bathroom with combination tub/shower and grab bars. Bathroom vanity holds fresh towels and a hair dryer.

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Dave welcomed us and was a great host. Enjoyed our conversations with him. Was easy to get to the state farm stadium and around town.

Kelly and Dave were wonderful friendly hosts. Nice place near the ball bark with everything you need. Had a wonderful experience. Hopefully I'll get a chance to stay every year for spring training.
My hosts were fantastic here. Very nice chatting with Dave. They were accommodating and very kind. The accommodations were the right price at the right place. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
The Host and the facility were good. It was my first rental of just a room. Sharing a bathroom was like growing up with kids: toothbrushes on the sink and hair in the tub.

Hi, my name is Kelly. I moved to the Phoenix Valley in 2000 from Des Moines, Iowa, where I studied Interior Design at Drake University. I have two wonderful daughters and six amazing grandchildren who are now all over the age of eighteen. I started my Airbnb business in 2015 and that allows me to enjoy my love of interior design.
