Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture, and off-road parking to the front of the property. Within 0.3 miles you will find a shop, within 0.8 miles you will find a pub, and within 1.3 miles you will find the beach, and please note that no pets are welcomed and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Lodge is a lovely dwelling for a family break to Devon. Note: There are steps down from the patio doors to the lawn.
