Prashanth the care taker is very good. Very proactive, looking out for the guests and always there when you need him. The manager however. Not a great experience with her. Other than that. Great place great location and amazing caretaker.

What a fantastic place!. The staff are absolutely wonderful, the pool surroundings were fantastic, our rooms were immaculately cleaned everyday with fresh linen and towels. The atmosphere is great and such a beautiful place to relax with your family and friends. We would highly recommend this Villa for a wonderful stay in

Everything about our stay at the Villa has been 5 star. The accommodation, staff, location, privacy, and security are exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble and we have felt very well looked after. We will definitely be back again and would definitely recommend this Villa and their staff.

The experience was, for us, truly perfect in every regard. The reservation process was efficient, clear and professional (thank you Gagan!). The villa was charming and exactly what we'd been hoping for. The pool and area were beautiful, private and well maintained (without being manicured!). The food was excellent and varied. And most of all, the staff were sincere, earnest, honest, friendly, proactive and welcoming. I cannot speak highly enough. We have already recommended it to friends wherever we've heard a mention of Goa. Thank you again, and I look forward to returning to Goa and to this Villa.
