Ideal stop over for a short break! Confirmation was quick as was all the follow up communication and check in was so easy. It’s a small space but has everything you need, floor board upstairs have a bit of movement but nothing to worry about. All in all would recommend

Excellent place, but small. Very adequate for the 3 nights that we were there though. Comfortable bed, nice shower and everything you need in the kitchen. Very small courtyard, but nice place to sit in the sun. Good pub a few yards away

Cannot fault this place at all! The most gorgeous stay for the two of us and Splash our Collie. Harriet is an amazing host, the little added touches were very appreciated. The area is just amazing to visit local towns and cities too. Holt was our favourite, followed closely by Sheringham. Thank you Harriet, we will be back! X

We had a lovely stay. The place was cosy, clean and had everything we needed! It was a good base for exploring north Norfolk and the little touches such as biscuits and treats for the dog were very kind. Great value for money, would recommend and would return in the future. Thank you so much!
