Nestled in the heart of West Seattle, centrally located 3 bedroom modern townhome offers a prime location & stylish living space. Situated between California Avenue & SW Hanford St, this townhome is within walking distance of a vibrant array of shops, restaurants, & entertainment options. Either enjoy outdoor neighborhood or spend your time at private balcony attached to master bedroom. You are only 7 mins drive to Alki beach 15 mins from Downtown Seattle 18 mins from International Airport Our townhome is 4 story house with covered balcony on 4th floor, attached to Master bedroom. First floor has entrance to hallway that leads to stairs for 2nd floor living room or kitchen. The third floor has two bedrooms (one with queen bed and one with two twin beds), one full bathroom and laundry. The fourth floor contains the master suite with king bed, full bathroom and attached covered balcony.

Loved staying here. It was really clean and a nice location! Amenities were upscale and we felt right at home. Felt like a safe neighborhood and the neighbors were friendly. Just know that it has a lot of stairs and parking is a little roughy but worth it for a nice place and location.

We had a great stay! The family felt right at home. Great home and great location that was surprisingly quiet in the evenings. We explored all of the nearby restaurants and really enjoyed the area. We were very comfortable throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!
Amazing place to stay, very central to a lot of cool places to visit. Spotless and quiet would definitely stay again.
Suresh’s townhouse was great for our family. Clear and prompt communication and was quick to problem-solve any minor speed bumps. The house is well appointed with kitchen utensils and cookware, but limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent… grocery stores close by if needed to restock. Suresh makes checking out very simple with limited responsibilities for the guests. Lots of stairs! You’ll get your workout in but worth it 😊
